Model: PIA-12D8G-CD-1  

PMI Model No. PIA-12D8G-CD-1 is a Phase Locked, Dielectric Resonator Oscillator with Internal Reference having an output frequency of 12.8GHz.  This model provides a minimum output of +13dBm with all spurs held to -80dBc and harmonics held to -25dBc.  The frequency stability is ±3 ppm with an internal reference of 100MHz.  The phase noise is as follows: -34dBc/Hz at 1Hz, -65dBc/Hz at 10Hz, -85dBc at 100Hz, -108dBc/Hz at 1kHz, -115dBc/Hz at 10kHz, -120dBc/Hz at 100kHz, and -140dBc/Hz at 1MHz offsets.  The oscillator requires +15VDC and 300mA.  There is a built in alarm which outputs a TTL signal when phase locked.  The unit measures 2.25" x 2.25" x 0.62".  Other frequency ranges are available.
