PMI Model No. PE2-1020-R518-12-SFF is a low noise amplifier that offers a positive gain slope versus frequency.  This type of amplifier is useful when trying to equalize frequency flatness over a broad bandwidth.  This model provides 10dB of gain at 500MHz and 20dB of gain at 18GHz.  The noise figure is 10dB at 500MHz and 9dB at 18GHz.  The OP1dB is +14dBm minimum and the maximum VSWR is 2.5:1.  The operating voltage is +15VDC and the current draw is 140mA typical.  This model is supplied in PMI's standard PE2 housing.  Other gain levels and frequency ranges are available.
