Quantic PMI Model is a diplexer with a low passband of 5700 to 6500 MHz and high passband of 13750 to 14500 MHz and offers SMA female connectors, power handling of 20 W, channel to channel isolation of >70 dB and passband insertion loss of <1 dB.  Contains SMA connectors and has a package size of 2.50" x 1.00" x 0.60".
