PMI Model No. TDC-30T-0110-CD-1 is a high speed, TTL logic output threshold detector with an input coupler designed to operate from 0.1 to 10 GHz  frequency range with a ±0.5 dB typical over any 1 GHz threshold variation,  propagation delay 20 ns maximum, 15 ns typical and ±1.5 dB typical, ±2.0 dB maximum frequency flatness and a VSWR of 2.0:1. Unit size 2.20" x 1.50" x 0.40" and has field removable SMA female connectors.
