PMI Model No. P4T-100M40G-90-T-512-292FF is a 100MHz to 40GHz, Ultra-Compact, High Speed, Single Pole, Four Throw, Absorptive Switch.  This switch offers over 100dB of port to port isolation from 100MHz to 18GHz, over 90dB from 18 to 26.5GHz and over 75dB from 26.5 to 40GHz.  This switch has a typical insertion loss of 8.8dB from 100MHz to 18GHz, 5.2dB from 18 to 26.5GHz and 5.6dB from 26.5 to 40GHz.  The switching speed is less than 100nsec and is controlled by 2-Bit decoded TTL.  The maximum operating power is +20dBm CW and the typical VSWR is 2.0:1.   The compact housing measures only 2.0" x 1.0" x 0.4" and is supplied with 2.92mm female connectors.
