PMI Model No. PE2-16-300M20G-1R7-15-12-SFF is a low noise amplifier that works from 300 MHz to 20 GHz. This amplifier has a very low noise figure of only 1.7 dBm. This low noise amplifier provides 16 dB of small signal gain while requiring only a single supply of +7 V @ 70 mA. The P1dB output power of 15 dBm allows this low noise amplifier to function as a lo driver for balanced, I/Q or image reject.
