Model: PE2-4020-9R510R7-2R5-12-12-SFF-VVG 

PMI Model No. PE2-4020-9R510R7-2R5-12-12-SFF-VVG is a voltage variable gain, low-noise amplifier that operates over the 9.5 to 10.7GHz frequency range.  This model provides 40dB of small signal gain with a typical noise figure of 4.0dB and a OP1dB of +12dBm.  This model provides up to 20dB of gain control range by applying a DC control voltage of 0 to +5 volts. This amplifier operates on a single DC power supply between +12 and +15VDC.
