PMI Model No. P4T-500M40G-60-T-55-292FF-SP Rev.B is a 500MHz to 40GHz, Ultra-Compact, High Speed, Single Pole, Four Throw, Absorptive Switch.  This switch offers over 60dB of port to port isolation while maintaining an insertion loss of 8dB maximum.  The switching speed is less than 50nsec and is controlled by 2-Bit decoded TTL.  The maximum operating power is +20dBm CW and the VSWR is 2.5:1 maximum.  The compact housing measured only 2.0" x 1.0" x 0.4" and is supplied with 2.92mm female connectors.
