Quantic PMI Model 6BR7D1G-100-CD-SS is a band reject filter with center frequency of 7.1 GHz and notch bandwidth of 0.1 GHz @ 3 dB, with a VSWR of 2.0:1. Precision machined housing and silver plated to provide the highest possible Q.  Package size is 1.90" x 0.50" 0.50" with SMA female connectors in and out.
