V is a Dual Channel Amplifier with Integrated Bi-Phase Modulators that operates from 8.9 to 9.4 GHz that provides a RF Output of 1.15 W minimum with an output power variation over frequency is <±0.5 dB and the output power variation versus temperature is <-0.038 dB / °C over the 0 to +50 °C operating temperature. This amplifier offers phase tracking from output to output of <±5° over the operating frequency at 0° phase setting and at +45 °C. This noise figure is <10 dB and second harmonic suppression is-30 dBm minimum. The amplifier is supplied in a housing measuring 9.0" x 5.0" x 3.25".
