Quantic PMI Model BPM-0R52-180-SFF is a 0 to 180°, miniature, single balanced, bi-phase modulator/ shifter with TTL control logic operates 0.5 to 2 GHz frequency range that offers 0 & 180° phase states with an insertion loss of 2.5 dB typical, VSWR: 2.0:1, operating input power of 20 dBm and a switching speed of 15 ns.  This Model uses TTL control logic (ECL logic is available) in a package size of 2.5" x 1.0" x 0.5" with SMA female connectors.
