DD-1G18G-ZBS-SFF Active
PMI Model DD-1G18G-ZBS-SFF is a Zero-Bias Schottky detector that operates over the 1 to 18 GHz frequency range. This model offers high speeds and excellent frequency flatness performance. The output polarity is positive, but a negative output is available as an option. This detector is packaged in our standard PE2 housing that measures 1.08" x 0.71" x 0.32" and has removable SMA female / male for use in surface mount or connectorized applications.
