PMI Model Number DD-1G18G-ZBS-SMF is a Zero-Bias Schottky detector that operates over the 1.0 to 18.0 GHz frequency range. This model offers high speeds and excellent frequency flatness performance. The output polarity is positive, but a negative output is available as an option. This detector is packaged in our standard PE2 housing which can be used as either SMA connectorized or surface mounts configurations.
