Quantic PMI Model DD-24-SMF is a high speed, high sensitivity diode detector requiring no bias and offering excellent temperature stability with a response time of <5 ns that has a frequency range of 2 to 4 GHz and offers a VSWR of 2.5:1, a frequency flatness of ±0.5 dB, a Video output capacitance of 50 pF, and a maximum input power of 20 dBm. Housing measures 1.43" x 0.32" x 0.38" and has SMA male/female connectors.
