Quantic PMI Model DLVA-0R4G1G-55-AC-SFF is an AC Coupled Detector Log Video Amplifier (DLVA) that operates between the 0.4 to 1 GHz frequency range with a dynamic range of 55 dB, and a log slope of 45 mV/dB.  Designed using cutting edge GaAs technology which provides stunning performance and reliability in a compact package measuring 2.5" x 1.5" x 0.2".
