PMI Model LM-20M15G-100W-15DBM-SFM-ROHS is an RF Limiter that operates in the range of frequency of 0.02 to 15 GHz that can handle up to 100 W CW for all temperatures (-55 to +85 °C). The energy input provides leaks of 15 dBm maximum, has a low insertion loss of 1.6 dB and a typical 100 ns recovery time. Package size is 0.9" x 0.38" x 0.38" (Excluding Connectors) and has an SMA male / female connectors. ROHS Compliant.
