Quantic PMI Model P1T-DC40G-65-T-292FF-1NS-OPT10M20G is an absorptive, single pole single throw FET Switch that operates from 0.01 to 20 GHz with a typical 6 ns switching speed; minimum isolation of 50 dB and a Maximum insertion loss of 4.5 dB. This model incorporates a TTL compatible driver for easy system integration. Housing size is 1.2" x 1.3" x 0.5" with SMA and SMC connectors.
