Quantic PMI Model P1T-DC40G-65-T-292MF-1NS-OPT27G is an absorptive, Single Pole, Single Throw Pin Diode Switch that operates from 0.05 to 27 GHz with an insertion loss of 5,5 dB typical; isolation of 55 dB minimum and a 6 ns switching speed. This model incorporates a TTL compatible driver for easy system integration. Package size is 1.2" x 1.3" x 0.5" with SMA male / female connectors.
