Quantic PMI Model P1T-DC40G-65-T-SFF-1NS-OPT1G is an absorptive, single pole, single throw, pin diode switch that operates from DC to 1 GHz with an insertion loss of 5.5 dB and an isolation of 55 dB minimum. This model incorporates a TTL compatible driver for easy system integration. Housing size is 1.2" x 1.3" x 0.5" with SMC male for control and SMA female connectors.
