Low Noise Amplifier

Quantic PMI Model PE2-16-300M20G-1R7-15-12-SFF is a low noise amplifier that works from 0.3 to 20 GHz. This amplifier has an extremely low noise figure over this broad frequency range. This low noise amplifier provides 16 dB of small signal gain while requiring only a single supply of +12 V. The P1dB output power of 15 dBm allows this low noise amplifier to function as an LO driver for balanced, I/Q or image reject mixers. Supplied in our standard PE2 housing (1.08" x 0.71" x 0.26") that can be used as a SMA connectorized or a surface mount component.
