PMI Model No. PEC-15-400M470M-37-12V-SFF is a single stage, balanced GaAs MESFET Linear Power Amplifier operating in the frequency range of 400 MHz to 470 MHz. It provides a typical small signal gain of 15 dB and +38 dBm of output power at 1 dB gain compression. It has excellent gain flatness and good VSWR at both input and output. The unit is supplied with SMA female connectors in a housing that measures 2.08" x 1.45" x 0.50".
