Quantic PMI Model PEC-20-218-16-15-SFF-TTLVG is a variable gain low noise amplifier that operates over the 2 to 18 GHz frequency range. This model provides two gain states of 20 dB in the "on" state and less than 0 dB in the "off" state. The noise figure is 7 dB maximum and the OP1dB is 16 dBm typically and gain is controlled via a single TTL line and the speed to switch between gain states is <2 µs. This model is supplied in a housing measuring 1.92" x 0.78" x 0.26" with SMA female connectors.
