High Performance I/Q Vector Modulator

PMI Model PIQ-2G18G-360-16-CD-1 is a 2 to 18 GHz, high performance I/Q Vector Modulator with 2 x 12 Bit monotonic TTL compatible channels (I and Q) that offers a full 360° phase shift with 16 dB of amplitude control and a switching speed of <500 ns. Handles a CW input power of 10 dBm and has an insertion loss of <18 dB. Requires dual DC supply from ±12 to ±15 V and consumes <100 mA of current.  Available in a module that measures 4.25" x 3.5" x 1.0" with SMA female connectors.
