10 Bit Digital Phase Shifter

PMI Model PS-100M20G-10B-SFF-MIL-SM is a 0.1 to 20 GHz, 10 Bit digital phase with 0º to 360º phase shift offering an insertion loss of 13 dB; amplitude error of ±1 dB; phase shift error ±5°; switching speed of 500 ns and spurious of -60 dBc.  The unit consists of an analog phase shifter and a digital-to-analog converter. 10 Bit TTL logic allows 1024 discrete values of phase. Housing size is 3.25" x 3.25" x 0.84" and SMA Female Connectors.
