Quantic PMI Model PS-180-4R15R3-SFF is a 0 /180°, Bi-Phase Modulator designed to operate over the 4.1 to 5.3 GHz frequency range that can handle RF input signal levels up to 30 dBm without damage; an insertion loss of 3 dB maximum and a maximum VSWR of 1.7:1. TTL control will switch between 0 and 180° phase states in <100 ns. The required supply voltages are ±5 VDC. The package size is 1.0" x 1.0" x 0.5" with SMA female connectors.
