Quantic PMI Model PS-360-900M930M-6-SFF is a 0.9 to 0.93 GHz, 6 Bit digitally controlled phase shifter having a LSB of 5.6° with an insertion loss is 7 dB, 7.5 dB maximum with a VSWR of 2:1. This is a high speed phase shifter that can switch from one phase state to the next in 250 ns. This model operates at input power levels up to 14 dBm CW and on a DC power supply of ±15 VDC. Housing size is 2.0" x 2.1" x 0.5" with a 15 Pin subminiature D connector for power/control and SMA female connectors.
