Quantic PMI Model PS-90-6012 is a 6 to 12 GHz, 0 to 180°, Miniature, Bi-Phase Modulator / Phase Shifter with TTL Control Logic (ECL Logic is available) that can handle RF input signal levels up to 20 dBm; has an insertion loss of 3 dB maximum and a maximum VSWR of 2.0:1. A TTL control will switch between 0 and 180° phase states in ~70 ns. The required supply voltages are ±5 VDC. The package size is 1.0" x 1.0" x 0.5". Housing size is 1.0" x 1.0" x 0.5" with SMA female connectors.
