Quantic PMI Model PS-90-6012-PH5-HS50NS-15V is a high speed 6 to 12 GHz frequency range, 0 to 180°, miniature, bi-phase modulator/phase shifter with TTL control logic (ECL logic is available) that offers 0° / 180º phase states with an insertion loss of 3 dB and a switch time of 50 ns. This model features a compatible control with low amplitude and phase error. The units are all phase matched within ±5° of each other. Package size is 1.0" x 1.0" x 0.5" with SMA female connectors.
