Quantic PMI Model PS-90-6012E is a 0 to 180°, Miniature, Bi-Phase Modulator/Phase Shifter with TTL Control Logic (ECL Logic is available) That operates over the 4.5 to 16.5 GHz with an insertion loss of 4 dB typical, VSWR: 2.5:1, operating input power of 20 dBm and a switching speed of 15 ns.  This Model uses TTL control logic (ECL logic is available) in a package size of 1.0" x 1.0" x 0.5" with SMA female connectors.
