Quantic PMI Model PS-901 is a +90°/-90° or 0°/-180° Miniature, Bi-Phase Modulator/Shifter that is TTL (or ECL) Compatible, Single Balanced (Double Balanced Available), and that operates over the 6 to 12 GHz frequency range with an insertion loss of 2.5 dB and a switch time of 50 ns. This model features a compatible control with low amplitude and phase error. Package size is 1.97" x 0.79" x 0.53" with SMA female connectors.
