Integrated RF limiter & Low Noise RF Amplifier

Quantic PMI Model PSMT-0001 is an integrated RF limiter and low noise RF amplifier that operates over the 14.4 to 15.4 GHz frequency range.  This amplifier provides a typical gain of 18 dB with a typical low noise figure of 2.5 dB.  The limiter and LNA module can handle input power levels up to 30 dBm.  This item is supplied is a standard 5x5 mm QFN 32 Lead SMT package.
