Quantic PMI Model SDLVA-0R91R3-70-CD-RF is a 0.9 to 1.3 GHz Successive Detection Video Log Amplifier (SDLVA) with limited IF output. It has a dynamic range of 70 dB, a log slope of 50 mV/dB, and a video bandwidth of 14 MHz. Designed using cutting edge GaAs technology which provides stunning performance and reliability in a compact package measuring 3.75" x 1.50" x 0.50" making it an optimum solution for high speed channelized receiver applications.
