Quantic PMI Model SDLVA-250M6G-CD-1-RoHS Successive Detection Log Video Amplifiers (SDLVA) offers 70 dB Dynamic Range over the frequency range of 0.25 to 6 GHz that offers an ultra-fast rise time of 10 ns maximum and a recovery time of less than 60 ns. The unit is temperature compensated such that log linearity over temperature remains less than +/-2.5 dB over the full operating temperature range of -40 to +70 °C. This model is supplied in a compact housing measuring only 3.2" x 1.8" x 0.4". [Optional frequency ranges covering 0.1 to 26.5 GHz are available.]
