Model Number TD-118-50DB-PECL-TTL-8B is a threshold detector operating over 1.0 to 18.0 GHz frequency range with 50 dB of dynamic range, and ultra high speed. A TTL outpost as well as a pecl output are provided. The threshold level is adjustable with an 8-bit digital command and strobe input.
