PMI Model P20T-4G8G-80-T-515-SFF-HERM is an Absorptive, SP20T, Pin Diode Switch that operates over the 4 to 8 GHz frequency range with a switching speed of 2 µs: isolation of 80 dB Min, insertion loss of 4 dB, & an input power of 100 mW Max CW (Hot Switchable).  This model incorporates a TTL compatible driver for easy system integration. Unit size is 4.0" SQ x 0.63" with SMA female connectors & is hermetically sealed.
