Quantic PMI Model P2T-100M50G-100-T-OPT40 is an SP2T Absorptive Switch that operates from 0.1 to 40 GHz. This PIN diode-based switch can handle up to 20 dBm of CW input power and has an insertion loss of less than 6 dB. It has a switching speed of less than 50 ns and provides more than 80 dB of isolation. The switch requires a DC supply of ±5 V and consumes less than 100 mA of current. It can be controlled via 1-Bit TTL Logic signals. This switch is available in a package that measures 1.00 x 0.75 x 0.40 inches and has SMA-female connectors.
