SP2T Reflective Switch

Quantic PMI Model P2T-1G18G-10-R-5V-SFF-HIP10W-HERM is a hermetically sealed, reflective, single pole, two throw pin diode switch that operates over the 1 to 18 GHz frequency range that is capable of handling an input power level of 5 W CW providing switching speeds of <40 ns with an 25 dB isolation and low insertion loss of 2.5 dB. This model incorporates a TTL compatible driver for easy system integration. Housing measures 1.2" x 1.0" x 0.5" with removable SMA female connectors.
