SP2T Pin Diode Switch
Quantic PMI Model P2T-3040-60-R-292FF-RC is a single pole, two throw pin diode switch that operates over the 30 to 40 GHz frequency range. Specifications include isolation 60 dB minimum; insertion loss 3.5 dB maximum @ 25 ºC, 4 dB maximum over temperature; VSWR 2.0:1; switching speed 100 ns; and RF power handling +20 dBm. This model incorporates a TTL compatible driver for easy system integration. Housing size is 1.20" x 0.95" x 0.46" with 2.92mm female connectors.
