SP2T Reflective Switch
Quantic PMI Model P2T-30M400M-50-R-12V-SFF-HIP2W is a reflective, single pole, two throw pin diode switch that operates over the 0.03 to 0.4 GHz frequency range which is capable of handling an input power level of 2 W CW while providing switching speeds of 100 ns. Housing measures 1.2" x 1.0" x 0.5" with removable SMA female connectors.
