Quantic PMI Model P2T-500M18G-80-T-515-SFF-4W-OPT400M6D4G is an absorptive, single pole, two throw pin diode switch that operates over the 0.4 to 6.4 GHz frequency range with a switching speed of 200 ns and 4 W CW power handling. This model incorporates a TTL compatible driver for easy system integration. Housing measures 1.0" x 1.0" x 0.5" with removable SMA female connectors.
