Quantic PMI Model P2T-500M40G-30-R-55-292FM is a reflective, single pole, two throw pin diode switch that operates over the 0.5 to 40 GHz frequency range with a minimum isolation of 60 dB and a maximum insertion loss of 4 dB. This model incorporates a TTL compatible driver for easy system integration.  This model housing size is 1.0" x 1.0" x 0.38" with 2.92mm Female/Male connectors.
