Quantic PMI Model P2T-9D25G-80-R-SFF-3W is a single pole, two throw, reflective pin diode switch that operates over a single frequency range of 9.25 ± 0.03 GHz with a maximum insertion loss of 1.2 dB and a minimum isolation of 80 dB. Operates at 34 dBm CW maximum or 33 dBm @ 2 µs pulse width and 8 KHz (operating). Housing measures 1.5" x 1.5" x 0.4" with SMA female connectors.
