Quantic PMI Model P3T-100M40G-60-R-55-292FF is a reflective, single pole, three throw pin diode switch that operates over the 0.1 to 40 GHz frequency range with an isolation of 55 dB; insertion loss of 5.5 dB; input power of 20 dBm CW and a switching speed of 5 ns typical. This model incorporates a TTL compatible driver for easy system integration. Housing measures 1.0" x 1.0" x 0.5" with 2.92mm connectors.
