Quantic PMI Model P3T-500M26R5G-30-R-55-SFF-1W-OPT618 is a reflective, single pole, three throw low loss pin diode switch that operates over the 6 to 18 GHz frequency range that incorporates a TTL compatible driver for easy system integration. Housing size is 1.0" x 1.0" x 0.5" and is outfitted with removable 2.92mm female connectors.
