Quantic PMI Model P4T-0R5G18G-55-T-SFF-PN is a single pole, four throw non-reflective switch designed to operate over the 0.5 to 18 GHz frequency range that is designed to maintain low insertion loss, high isolation and fast switching speed. Housing measures 1.5" x 1.5" x 0.6" with SMA female connectors.
