Quantic PMI Model P4T-0R5G18G-60-R-SFF is a high speed, single pole, four throw, reflective switch capable of switching within 100 ns that has a frequency range of 0.5 to 18 GHz and has over 60 dB of isolation.  Housing measures 1.25" x 1.25" x 0.7" with removable SMA female connectors.
