Absorptive, SP4T Solid State Switch

Quantic PMI Model P4T-100M2G-50-T-SFF-IN (Built-in Limiters at all ports) is an absorptive, single pole, four throw solid-state switch that operates over the 0.1 to 2 GHz frequency range with an insertion loss of >3 dB and offers port to port isolation of over 50 dB, switching speed of 25 ns maximum and the rise and fall times are <10 ns. Switch control is via four independent TTL lines and operates on ±5 VDC and is supplied with SMA female connectors. This compact package measures only 1.0" x 1.2" x 0.24".
