P4T-100M2G-50-T-SFF-IN

PMI Model No. P4T-100M2G-50-T-SFF-IN is an absorptive, single pole, four throw solid-state switch that operates over the 100MHz to 2.0GHz frequency range. The insertion loss is less than 3dB and offers port to port isolation of over 50dB. The switching speed is 25nsec maximum and the rise and fall times are less than 10nsec. The control is via four independent TTL lines with Logic "0" being the low-loss state and Logic "1" being the isolation state. This switch operates on ±5VDC and is supplied with SMA female connectors. The compact package measures only 1.0" x 1.2" x 0.24"
