Quantic PMI Model P4T-60M20G-100-T-SFF is a Solid-State, Single-Pole Four Throw switch that operates from 0.06 to 20 GHz, designed to offer ultra-high isolation of 100 dB while maintaining a low insertion loss of 5.5 dB with a switching speed of 300 ns and offers phase tracking of 2° per °C. Operating input power is 20 dBm with a survival rating of 30 dBm. DC supply required is +5 VDC at 105 mA and -12 VDC at 50 mA. Housing measured 1.25" x 1.25" x 0.7" with SMA Female connectors.
