Quantic PMI Model P6T-0R5G18G-1W-70-R-SFF is a reflective, single pole, six throw pin diode switch that operates over the 0.5 to 18 GHz frequency range with a 15 ns switching speed that has a minimum isolation of 60 dB and a insertion loss of 4.25 dB maximum. This model incorporates a TTL compatible driver for easy system integration. Housing measures 3.0" x 1.5" x 0.4" with removable SMA female connectors.
