Quantic PMI Model P6T-2G20G-55-T-SFF is an absorptive, single pole, six throw pin diode switch that operates over the 2 to 20 GHz frequency range and has a minimum isolation of 55 dB, an insertion loss of 4.5 dB maximum, a VSWR of 2.0:1, an input power of 20 dBm, and a switching speed of 30 ns.  This model incorporates a TTL compatible driver for easy system integration. This model has SMA female connectors in a housing measuring 3.10" x 1.0" x 0.4".
